Scholars’ Lab Makerspace at UVa

Sometimes you might want to visit a physical Makerspace just for advice or to try out some software or hardware. I am fortunate to live near the Scholars’ Lab at Alderman Library at the University of Virginia. The kind folks in the Makerspace there are so helpful and encouraging!

The Scholars’ Lab Makerspace is a place for crafting, tinkering, and experimentation with technologies like 3D printing, sewing, physical computing, and augmented reality. Open to everyone—absolutely no prior experience needed and no fees!
